We are different from any other virtual airline. Though we serve only a portion of the United States, we have more destinations than many other airlines because we fly to more small cities than most airlines do. Ontario, Oregon; Alturas, California; and Hawthorne, Nevada. You wouldn't find any of these destinations on the route maps of most other VAs. But these are all cities that Grand Western serve, albeit with appropriately sized aircraft. But don't get the wrong idea we also offer plenty of flights with full sized jets. These include the numerous flights between northern and southern California as well as direct routes between all the major cities in the west. Our largest hub and headquarters is in Los Angeles, CA (LAX), but we also have hubs in San Francisco (SFO), Phoenix (PHX) and Portland (PDX), not to mention other cities for pilots to be based such as Boise (BOI), Salt Lake City (SLC), and Seattle (SEA).
